Capture Buyers Attention With Conservatories And Orangeries
Monthly research carried out by Property experts Zoopla has discovered that four of ten property sellers in the UK cut the asking price of their home last month. A mind-blowing £2.5 billion was the overall amount sellers have sacrificed in order to try and gain a sale, with those living in Glasgow lowering the sale price of their home the most, an average of 9%.
However, there is usually only a certain amount you can look to reduce the cost of your home before you seriously have to consider giving up and taking it off the market. Many have tried a different tactic to attract interest and have looked towards installing home extensions such as conservatories and orangeries and for some people it has worked.
The installation of a home extension can also benefit you in other ways. A conservatory or orangery can increase the overall sale value of your home so should you manage to gain a sale you may well end up getting a greater amount of money than you were originally expecting.
In the meantime, before selling up you should enjoy your choice of extension as it offers a unique style of living that only a few people ever get to experience. Fantastic views of the garden, comfort, energy efficiency and a location for every occasion are just some of the joys to be had when you opt to use a home extension.
Because each extension includes double glazing it also means that they are useable at any time of the year, never becoming too cold or too hot, a common occurrence in traditional conservatories.
Conservatories and orangeries can help you achieve your home’s true value so put all thoughts of lowering your asking price to the back of your mind and concentrate on improving it.
